Kristina Carmichael is a Product Design Consultant with Perr&Knight. Her responsibilities include product development, competitor analysis, content review, and regulatory compliance research.

Kristina began her career with Perr&Knight in April 2021 as a State Filings Analyst under the Regulatory Compliance unit. She was responsible for submitting complex countrywide filings and ensuring that all insurance products complied with state regulations and requirements. She communicated with regulators, prepared documentation, and monitored various rating bureaus and regulatory agencies.

Kristina graduated from University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She has obtained multiple industry related designations, including her Associate in Insurance in 2022, Associate in Personal Insurance in 2022, and her FLMI Level I Certification in 2024. She works remotely from Florida.
