Perr&Knight is Releasing a New Version of StateFilings.com on September 21, 2015

SANTA MONICA, Calif., September 9, 2015 – Perr&Knight is pleased to announce that we will be releasing a new, completely redesigned version of StateFilings.com on September 21, 2015. The new site will include many new features and enhancements. It will also incorporate functionality from both BureauMonitor.com and StateFilings.com into a single platform.
Effective September 21, 2015, the current version of StateFilings.com including all your completed and open state filings projects will be moved to legacy.StateFilings.com. You will need to log onto legacy.StateFilings.com to view these projects. We will be contacting you in a few weeks to set up a demo of the new site. After the demo, any new projects will be managed through the new version of StateFilings.com. When you log onto the new version of StateFilings.com, you will also see a link to legacy.StateFilings.com in the upper right hand corner, so you could easily switch back and forth between the new version and the soon to be legacy version of StateFilings.com.
If you currently utilize different BureauMonitor.com and StateFilings.com user IDs and passwords, we will default to your BureauMonitor.com password. Please contact us if you would prefer to utilize your StateFilings.com password.
As part of the new StateFilings.com, we are also introducing a commercial version of the application that companies can license to manage their State Filings projects.
