Attendees will learn about effective investigative techniques, cross-industry collaboration, and regulatory and legislative initiatives aimed at minimizing fraud’s impact. In addition, Scott and Mark will be presenting a Diamond Sponsor Session on Tuesday at 11:30am:

“IT Controls, Data Quality and Regulatory Risk”
Regulators are increasingly data-driven—and your systems are under the microscope. This session breaks down how the NAIC Market Regulation Handbook ties IT controls to statistical reporting compliance, what examiners look for during reviews, and where companies commonly fall short. Learn how to strengthen data governance, improve reporting accuracy, and better prepare for market conduct exams.

If you are planning on being at The Ballantine, please be sure to stop by our booth to speak with Scott, Bob and Mark and who are looking forward to talking all things market regulation, including our new software platform PK1Cloud integrating analytics, product design and compliance all in one.
