Robert (“Bob”) Cericola is a Principal & Director at Perr&Knight, where he leads the strategy, vision, and execution of PK1Cloud, Perr&Knight’s technology platform for insurance product, regulatory, and statistical reporting operations. He is responsible for the continued evolution of the PK1Cloud platform and product roadmap, with a focus on delivering integrated technology, automation, workflow, and consulting solutions that help insurers and program administrators improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, and modernize their operations.

Bob oversees the consulting and customer success teams supporting PK1Cloud, bringing together insurance subject-matter expertise, technology, implementation, and client service under a unified operating model. He works closely with Perr&Knight’s leadership, clients, product teams, and technology organization to identify market needs, establish product priorities, and translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technology and service solutions. His role includes driving the continued expansion of PK1Cloud across insurance product management, regulatory filings, bureau content, and statistical reporting.

Bob has more than 25 years of property and casualty insurance experience, with extensive expertise spanning insurance operations, technology strategy, process automation, system design, product development, project management, and large-scale system implementation. This combination of industry, operational, and technology experience enables him to bridge insurance business requirements with technology strategy and execution.

Prior to joining Perr&Knight, Bob served as a Solution Architect with NIIT Technologies, where he helped insurance organizations address business challenges through process improvement and system design. Previously, he was a Senior Business Analyst with StoneRiver, working with insurers to document business processes, identify system gaps, design enhancements, and implement policy administration, billing, and claims systems. Earlier in his career, as Vice President of Technical Operations at Guarantee Insurance Group, Bob led the implementation of policy administration, billing, and claims technology, providing him with first-hand experience managing major insurance technology transformation initiatives.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Marietta College.
