The 2025 Annual Conference of the Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals (AICP) is scheduled for October 19–22, 2025, at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront in Baltimore, Maryland. This year, Perr&Knight’s experts will be engaged in a variety of panels and presentations, as well as networking and exhibiting on the showroom floor!

This year’s conference theme is “From the Boardwalk to the Bay: United in Compliance,” emphasizing collaboration in navigating the evolving regulatory landscape. Monday, October 20th, 3:15pm – “New York and All That Jazz,” an overview of P&C regulatory requirements in New York. Presented by Perr&Knight’s Scott Whitaker.
Tuesday, October 21st, 3:30pm – “Market Conduct Pitfalls: Top Issues & Solutions for P&C Insurers.” Responding to Market Conduct Examinations and avoiding major pitfalls. Focusing on triggers, such as complaints. Panel Discussion with Perr&Knight’s Scott Whitaker, joined by Ryan Blakeney and Rona Platt.
Wednesday, October 22nd, 9am – “New Methods of Risk Management: Parametric Insurance,” Focusing on what it is, how it is regulated, and what the future may hold. Panel Discussion featuring Perr&Knight’s Tyler Reed, joined by David Snyder and Aaron Brandenberg.
Wednesday, October 22nd, 10:30am – “What’s Up with Policy Terminations?” From cancellations, non-renewals, and declinations to moratoriums, redlining, block non-renewals, adverse action notices, and even “blue-lining”, what you need to know to manage compliance. Presented by Perr&Knight’s Casey Tozzi.
