The 2026 NAIC Homeowners Market Data Call was released esarlier in the year, with notification letters sent to carriers. The NAIC announced that the original June submission deadline was extended to mid-July, however they have advised that no further extensions will be granted. Have you filed your submission?

This year’s call introduces additional complexity, including:

  • Expansion to include HO-4 and HO-6 experience
  • A requirement to report eight (8) years of historical data (2018–2025)
  • 38 new data elements – in comparison to the 2024 call – and a new section of the report dedicated to Mitigation Discounts.

Accordingly, some carriers that were not previously subject to reporting requirements may now be required to participate, while those that have participated in the past will face additional obligations to ensure compliance.
