NEWS ALERT! 2026 Homeowners Market Data Call — Submission Deadline June 15th

The 2026 NAIC Homeowners Market Data Call has recently been released, and notification letters have been sent to carriers with an aggressive submission deadline of June 15, 2026.
This year’s call introduces additional complexity, including:
- Expansion to include HO-4 and HO-6 experience
- A requirement to report eight (8) years of historical data (2018–2025)
- 38 new data elements – in comparison to the 2024 call – and a new section of the report dedicated to Mitigation Discounts.
Accordingly, some carriers that were not previously subject to reporting requirements may now be required to participate, while those that have participated in the past will face additional obligations to ensure compliance.
