Perr&Knight’s Rising Stars Program

Perr&Knight is proud to prioritize future leadership training, focusing on talented early-career professionals from all areas of our company. PK’s Rising Stars program combines both training and coaching– building strong, inclusive, future-ready leaders under the guidance of veteran career coach Kathryn Landis.

With cohorts participating in a 6-month long career development experience, Rising Stars provides workshops and trainings that enable:
-Development of stronger communications, feedback and collaboration skills
-Building confidence navigating real-world workplace challenges
-Greater clarity around career goals and how to pursue them
-Strengthening cross-functional relationships to increase employee engagement and retention
