We are pleased to announce the Q1 recipients of the new Perr&Knight charitable grant program, which empowers PK employees to nominate causes and organizations close to their heart:

  • Suzanne Ransom is supporting the National MPS Society, Inc., an organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by mucopolysaccharidoses (MPS) and mucolipidosis (ML), a rare group of degenerative genetic disorders.
  • Kristina Carmichael directed her grant to the Environmental Defense Fund, which is one of the most effective environmental organizations working with businesses and communities to cut emissions, restore fisheries and push organizations toward sustainability.  Kristina is donating to help secure and healthier and more resilient future for everyone.
  • Heath Dawson is supporting Habitat for Humanity East Central Ohio to help purchase building supplies for future home projects.  Heath has personally volunteered with them and feels they do great work helping put underprivileged people into homes.  He loves working alongside the person who is benefiting from your time and donation, getting to know them and the impact each project has on their lives.
  • Diane Karis is helping to feed our elderly neighbors in her donation to Citymeals on Wheels, an organization who has delivered over 70 million meals to the elderly in need in the New York metro area.  Diane likes what Citymeals on Wheels is doing for the community, and she is supporting a friend who helps to deliver meals to people on behalf of this group.

Perr&Knight is proud to support the incredible work of these organizations and commends Suzanne, Kristina, Heath and Diane for their dedication to meaningful causes.
