Nandita Rao is a Manager and Technical Lead in Perr&Knight’s PK1Cloud Services division, where she leads development and functional delivery for statistical reporting implementations. With nearly 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, she provides subject matter expertise supporting clients’ technology expansion initiatives, particularly in the design of statistical reporting solutions.

Her expertise includes Workers’ Compensation policy, unit statistical, indemnity and medical reporting to NCCI and independent workers’ compensation rating bureaus.

Prior to joining Perr&Knight, Nandita worked across Finance, Healthcare and Telecommunications, including her role at Dell International Services (now NTT Data), where she served as a Senior Software Development Analyst leading the design and development of multiple front-end and back-end healthcare and mortgage applications.
