Krista Rose is a Manager of Statistical Reporting & Data Services with Perr&Knight, where she oversees the day-to-day activities of the Statistical Reporting unit. She serves as a primary client contact and subject matter expert, specializing in the Indemnity and Medical Data Calls, Unit Statistical Data, and Claims reporting.

Krista brings extensive experience in statistical data reporting and regulatory compliance, assisting clients with data mapping and conversion, data gap analysis, regulatory reporting requirements, and rating bureau compliance programs. She provides clients with guidance on complex reporting requirements and helps identify solutions to improve data quality and reporting processes.

Prior to joining Perr&Knight in 2025, Krista served as a Senior Project Manager in Information Technology at JM Family Enterprises. She previously spent more than 25 years with the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI), where she held a variety of leadership, project management, consulting, and technology roles. Her positions included Manager of Indemnity & DCI Operations and Senior Project Manager in Information Technology, as well as consultant and development team lead roles. During her tenure, she helped design, build, and implement multiple data reporting solutions for the workers’ compensation industry and provided training and guidance to customers.

Krista earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida, majoring in insurance and finance. She also holds the Associate in Management (AIM) designation from The Institutes.
