Joshua (“Josh”) Davis, ACAS

• Consulting Actuary

Josh Davis is a Consulting Actuary with Perr&Knight, where he works on the Predictive Analytics team to develop modeling solutions and other data analytics services that help clients address complex insurance challenges. He also contributes to a broad array of actuarial consulting projects, including rate level indications, reserve analyses, competitor studies, regulatory filing support and new product development initiatives.

Before joining Perr&Knight, Josh spent two and a half years at MAPFRE USA. His work there involved building pricing models, supplying analytical and data support, working closely with state pricing and data teams to maintain and refine models, and designing process-automation tools to enhance operational efficiency. He also brings eight years of experience from KPMG US, where he focused largely on reserve analyses for numerous insurance clients.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Actuarial Science from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, and is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
