John Mooney is a P&C Product Design Manager with Perr&Knight.
His responsibilities include product development, competitor analyses and reviewing coverage forms for compliance with state specific requirements.

John has worked in Property & Casualty Insurance since 2004. Prior to Perr&Knight, John worked at the Texas Department of Insurance for 5 ½ years where he managed staff who are responsible for the review of property and casualty form filings, responding to a variety of inquiries, and legislative analysis. Prior to TDI, he worked 14 years at State Farm handling auto claims.

He has obtained CPCU, CLU Insurance designations along with Professional in Insurance Regulation and Associate Professional in Insurance Regulation.

John grew up in New Orleans and attended Mississippi State University and is a graduate of the University of New Orleans.
