Alex Belaya is a Statistical Reporting Manager with over 25 years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry. Alex has extensive regulatory compliance, statistical reporting, and data management experience in Personal and Commercial Lines reporting to NISS, ISO, ISS, and CAR; Special State Data Call reporting to TICO, state departments of insurance, and rating bureaus; CMS Medicare Section 111 reporting; Workers’ Compensation reporting; Systems and project leadership across major system integrations, Agile methodologies, and quality assurance protocols.

Alex specializes in turning complex regulatory challenges into streamlined, compliant, and strategically managed corporate data assets that drive business intelligence. She manages large volumes of statistical data, performs data mapping and migration, conducts data gap analysis, and works cross-functionally with technical and business units to ensure reporting accuracy and full regulatory compliance.

Alex holds a Masters Degree from University of La Verne and a Bachelors degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
