Amy Weires

Amy Weires is a Manager and Senior Consultant within Perr&Knight’s PK1Cloud Consulting division, where she leads statistical reporting delivery and oversight. She brings more than 18 years of insurance industry experience, with deep expertise in data management, reporting, and enterprise data strategy.

Her background includes statistical reporting, data conversion and migration strategy, database assessment, data warehousing, and business intelligence, with a focus on Workers’ Compensation policy and claims reporting to NCCI and independent rating bureaus.

Prior to Perr&Knight, Amy held leadership roles at Insurity and Spear as an Implementation Manager, Business Analyst, and Product Owner, and served as a Business and Systems Analyst at FCCI, supporting major data migration and system implementation initiatives.

Amy currently leads a team supporting several clients across WCPOLS, WCSTAT, WCMED, and WCIND reporting programs.
