Elena Kartashov is an accomplished Quality Assurance professional with a proven track record of implementing and leading effective testing processes within organizations. With a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software, she has successfully managed and led QA teams to achieve outstanding results.

Just prior to joining Perr&Knight in 2022, Elena worked as the QA Manager at Myota.io, a cybersecurity storage application company. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for their innovative storage application, which focused on ensuring the security and protection of sensitive data.

Throughout her career, Elena has demonstrated her expertise in quality assurance by ensuring that software products meet the highest standards of reliability, functionality, and usability.
With her exceptional leadership skills, Elena has effectively managed and motivated QA team members. She believes in fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment where team members can thrive and contribute their best.

Elena’s key strengths lie in test automation and framework development. She has successfully implemented Pytest/Python test automation frameworks to enhance test coverage and efficiency. This has enabled cross-verification testing between legacy and “new” implementations.

Elena graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree. This educational background has equipped her with a strong foundation in computer science principles, algorithms, software development, and other relevant technical skills.
