Brendan Leonard, ACAS, MAAA   |  Consulting Actuary

Brendan Leonard is a Consulting Actuary with Perr&Knight. Brendan’s actuarial consulting work includes both ratemaking and reserving projects. His ratemaking experience spans various personal and commercial lines, including homeowners, mobilowners, credit-related products, businessowners and commercial property. His reserving experience ranges from product-specific reviews for individual accounts to multi-million dollar company-wide reviews. He has also worked closely with insurance company financial reporting departments to prepare various exhibits for the property & casualty annual statement.

Prior to joining Perr&Knight's Boca Raton, Florida office in 2009, Brendan was a Director at Assurant Specialty Property in Miami, Florida. He began his actuarial career with The Travelers Insurance in Hartford, Connecticut in 1993.

Brendan graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics of Operations Research. He is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
