Denise Farnan, ACAS, MAAA   |  Consulting Actuary

Denise Farnan is a Consulting Actuary with Perr&Knight. Denise provides actuarial services including ratemaking and reserve analyses, generalized linear modeling, and rate and form filings across all states and most lines of business. Denise’s background is in personal auto and workers compensation.

Prior to joining Perr&Knight’s Boca Raton, Florida office, Denise lead the actuarial department at Bristol West Insurance Group, a non-standard auto insurer based in Davie, Florida. While at Bristol West, Denise was responsible for reserving, pricing indications, financial reporting and numerous research projects involving generalized linear modeling. Prior experience includes nine years at the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc. (NCCI), holding various responsibilities including state actuary.

Denise Farnan has a Masters of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Florida. Denise is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. She is currently an officer of the Casualty Actuaries of the Southeast, a regional affiliate of the CAS.
