Bruce Fatz, FCAS, MAAA

Bruce Fatz is a Consulting Actuary with Perr&Knight. He has ratemaking experience in various personal lines of insurance. Prior responsibilities have included monitoring rate adequacy through countrywide rate reviews, rate filings and experience reviews as well as pricing of new coverages and policy endorsements. Bruce has performed loss and loss adjustment expense reserve analyses for several lines of insurance, including homeowners, auto, workers compensation, special property and credit. He has also analyzed loss and loss adjustment expense reserve levels for mass tort liability such as asbestos and environmental liability. He has provided reserve analyses for insurance companies, captive insurers and self-insured entities.
Bruce has serviced the property & casualty insurance industry since 2001. Prior to joining Perr&Knightâs Pacific Palisades, California office, he was employed by Assurant Solutions in Miami, Florida.
Bruce graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and a Minor in Mathematics in 2001. He became an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member in the American Academy of Actuaries in 2004 and a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society in 2005.
